Supply schedule, subscription period, and winning announcement

Pre-subscription for New Home for public sale has begun. The amount of pre-subscription has been expanded from 7,000 previously announced to 10,000 units. The supply period will increase from two times in the first half to three times (June, September, and December). ★In June, Namyangju Wangsuk (No. 932) and Anyang Maegok (No. 204) will be supplied as sharing types, Godeokgangil Complex 3 (No. 590) as land rental types, and Dongjak-gu Water Station (No. 255) as general types.

Starting with Subangsa Temple in Dongjak-gu on the 9th, advance subscription announcements will be made for Wangsuk and Anyang Maegok in Namyangju on the 12th and Godeokgangil Complex 3 on the 13th. By dedicated area, Namyangju Wangsuk has 46㎡ type 25, 55㎡ type 161, and 59㎡ type 746. Anyang Maegok has 141 houses of 59㎡ and 63 houses of 74㎡ type 63.

Godeokgangil, Seoul, has 49㎡ type 590 and Dongjak-gu's water radiation has 59㎡ type 255. The estimated pre-subscription price is 264 million won to 336 million won for Wangsuk, Namyangju, a sharing type, 439 million won to 543 million won for Anyang Maegok, and 314 million won for Godeokgangil Complex 3 in Seoul. The general type of water radiation in Dongjak-gu was set at 872 million won, which is 70-90% of the surrounding market price. In September, Hanam Gyosan (No. 452), Ansan Jangsang (No. 439), and Magok 10-2 (No. 260) will be released as sharing-type public housing.

The Guri Galmae Station area (No. 300), Gunpo Daeyami (No. 340), and Hwaseong Dongtan 2 (No. 500) will be supplied for the first time as an optional type. It will also supply 365 units of Guri Galmae Station and 618 units of Incheon Gyeyang as general types. In December, along with 300 units south of the Han River, 836 units of the county site in Daebang-dong will be supplied as general public housing in Seoul.

As a sharing type, advance subscriptions from Namyangju Wangsuk 2 (No. 836), Magok Taxi Garage (No. 210), Wirye A1-14 (No. 260), Goyang Changneung (No. 400), and Suwon Dangsu 2 (No. 403). Anyang Gwanyang No. 276 will be supplied as a general public housing by the Gyeonggi Housing and Urban Innovation Corporation (GH).

Qualification for pre-subscription application

Applications can be made for members of homeless households, residents' savings, and housing subscription comprehensive savings (including subscription savings). Applicants, spouses, applicants, and persons registered in the household registration of their spouses shall be homeless, such as lineal ascendants and lineal descendants.

Requirements for residence may be applied if you are living in the relevant area or the metropolitan area at the time of pre-subscription. However, if there is a mandatory residence period, the mandatory residence period must be met by the time of the contract to the main office. The regional priority supply ratio varies depending on the size of the residential area.

In the case of residential districts of less than 660,000㎡, 100% of the land will be supplied first. Housing districts of 660,000㎡ or more are as follows. If the housing construction area is Seoul or Incheon, 50% will be supplied to Seoul and Incheon, respectively, and 50% to the metropolitan area.

If the housing construction area is Gyeonggi, 30% will be supplied to the housing construction area, 20% to Gyeonggi, and 50% to the metropolitan area.
